“For you formed my inner parts; you knitted me
together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and Wonderfully
made. Wonerful are your works; my soul knows it ver well. My frame was not
hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the
depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substances; in your book were
written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there
were none of them.” Psalm 139:13-16
God
made each of us “you-nique”. He custom designed each of us for a one-of-a-kind
assignment. He has given each of us the tools we need to complete His purposes.
He has given each of us strengths, weaknesses, talents, skills and resources to
complete tasks that bring Him glory. These tools He gives us through the Holy
Spirit are called Spiritual Gifts and everyone has been given these gifts, but
not all of them. He disperses them amongst His flock so that when we all use
them we are building and living in His Kingdom the way He planned. He has also
given us our own personal style for using these gifts, as well as our own
passions where we are to utilize them.
When
we discover what our Spiritual Gifts are, what our style for using those gifts
is, and where we are passionate about utilizing those gifts we are empowered to
serve God the way He planned for us to from the beginning.
Listed
below are the Spiritual Gifts found in scripture. Also listed are a few of the
possible passions that are dispersed among us. If you have not yet learned what
gifts, styles and passions God gave you, there are very simple “tests” or
assessments you can take to quickly find out this valuable information about
yourself, but more importantly who God made you to be for His glory. If you
would like more information about finding your Spiritual Gifts please contact
