For March 20th:

“But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” I Corinthians 15:57  

Our life can be going along on a smooth path, but in an instant, everything can change.  This is what happened to a friend who had a stroke while driving and is now fighting for his life in the hospital.  Because of my friend’s love and trust in Jesus, we know that there will be victory even in this situation.  There are many family and friends praying for this man.  He can’t pray at this time but we, his friends, can lift him up to God, praying for healing.  I don’t know the outcome of this yet, but I do know that God is with my friend and will be his strength in the days ahead.  “God is good all the time.  All the time God is good.”
