13 You
are the one who created my innermost parts;
you knit me together while I was still in my mother’s womb. 14 I give thanks to you that I was marvelously set apart.
Your works are wonderful—I know that very well. Psalm 139:13-14(CEB)

I know that this
sounds funny, but as I have studied the scriptures, I realize that we should be
grateful for the unique way that God designed us. God knew exactly who you would be. He wants you to be the best that you can be and wants to
help you get there. God cares
about how you turn out.
When you have
children, we see features of ourselves.
There may be physical traits or special talents that have been passed on
along with your DNA. We have God’s
Spirit within us, and that helps us reflect Him to others. Hopefully people see Godly features in
us.
One thing to remember
is that we are not a project that is done, but a work that is still going
on. We are not perfect beings, but
God wants us to strive to be all that He meant for us to be. God has given each of us many gifts
that are unique to us. We must
trust that God will help us develop and use them. I am a unique and valuable person and so are you. Be grateful for how God created you.
